Order Changes & Cancellations Policy
Custom printing is made to the specifications of each order. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact Media Wall Backdrop promptly and quote your order number.
Before artwork approval or production
We will review requests made before production begins and confirm whether the order can be changed or cancelled. If cancellation is agreed, we will explain any applicable refund and any work or costs already incurred before finalising the arrangement. We do not apply an undisclosed flat cancellation fee.
After artwork approval or commencement of production
After approval, printing or fabrication may begin promptly. Once custom production has begun, a change or change-of-mind cancellation may no longer be possible. If stopping the job remains practicable, we will discuss any actual additional costs and revised timing before proceeding.
Changes to artwork, size or options
Changing the design, quantity, material, dimensions, print sides or other agreed specifications may require a new proof and an updated price or completion date. We will seek your agreement to those changes before proceeding.
Urgent orders and event dates
Please tell us about important event deadlines before you order. An urgent turnaround must be expressly confirmed by us; ordering an urgent fee alone is not enough. See our Production & Turnaround Policy.
Faulty goods and statutory rights
This policy applies to voluntary changes and cancellations. It does not restrict any right to reject, cancel, obtain a refund or seek another remedy under Australian Consumer Law. For problems with delivered products, see Refunds & Returns Policy.
