Simple pricing: $20 AUD for the first 20 minutes, then $10 per additional 10-minute block. The selectable service options range from 20 to 60 minutes.
We will confirm any extra time required before proceeding with additional chargeable work. This design service is separate from the price of your printed product.

Professional Design — Time and Prices
Select the design time that best matches the help you need. The $20 base fee includes 20 minutes of design work. Each additional 10 minutes increases the fee by $10.

Professional Artwork Layout and Design Assistance
We can help improve a design you already have, reposition logos and artwork, align text and prepare supplied content for the correct printed product size.
For more involved projects such as full brand development, extensive logo reconstruction or complex illustration, please request a quotation before purchasing a timed design option.
Important: Professional Design is an additional artwork service. It does not include the media wall kit, replacement fabric, banner, printing, hardware or courier delivery. Those items are ordered separately.

Review Your Digital Proof
We always provide a digital mock-up for the customer's confirmation before starting print production.
We do not begin printing until you approve the artwork. The design you approve is the design we will produce. Customer-requested changes after approval are at the customer's expense.
How to Order Professional Design
- Choose your design time. Select 20, 30, 40, 50 or 60 minutes from the product variants.
- Send us your materials. Supply the existing artwork, logos, wording, dimensions and any brand guidelines. You can contact our team with questions about the brief.
- We review the request. We will check the scope. If the requested work exceeds your purchased design time, we will discuss any additional fee before proceeding.
- Review your digital mock-up. Check all logos, wording, spacing, measurements and print-side orientation. Request any necessary corrections before final approval, subject to the agreed design scope.
- Approve the final artwork. Your printed product enters production only after you confirm the final proof. The approved file is the basis for production.
After artwork approval: Any further customer-requested amendments, rework or reprinting are charged to the customer as applicable. Check your digital proof carefully before confirming it.

What if my design takes more than 60 minutes?
Please contact our team for a tailored quote. We will confirm the proposed extra work and its price before proceeding.
Can you modify artwork I already have?
Yes. We can adjust supplied artwork, arrange existing logos and text, improve the layout and prepare it for the relevant media wall or banner template. Please send editable or high-quality files where possible.
Does the design fee include a printed media wall or banner?
No. This is a separate artwork design service. Printed products, hardware, shipping and any other services are purchased separately.
Will I receive a digital proof before printing?
Yes, always. We send a digital mock-up for your confirmation and only begin print production after you approve the final artwork.
Can I change the artwork after I approve the proof?
You can request changes, but once the artwork has been approved, any customer-requested amendments and associated additional design, production or reprint costs are at your expense. Review the proof carefully before confirming it.
Does buying design time guarantee a production or delivery deadline?
No. Purchased design time is the amount of design assistance included, not a turnaround guarantee. Printing begins after final artwork approval and follows the production timeframe applicable to your chosen printed product. Shipping takes additional time.
