When an event, exhibition or business deadline is approaching, our Urgent Services Fee provides an option to request priority production for eligible custom printed media walls, fabric backdrops and exhibition graphics.
This is an additional service fee, not a standalone printed product. The fee is calculated by the printed area in square metres and must be added to the price of the relevant product only after Media Wall Backdrop confirms that urgent production is available.
Please contact us with your product, dimensions, quantity, artwork status and required date before purchasing. We will confirm whether we can accommodate the requested production schedule.
Production turnaround: standard printing for eligible products is approximately 4–5 working days after confirmed artwork. When approved, urgent printing is normally approximately 2 working days after confirmed artwork. Once your urgent order has been accepted, its agreed production turnaround is guaranteed.
Important: Urgent production is subject to availability before acceptance. Once Media Wall Backdrop accepts and confirms your urgent order, we guarantee the agreed priority production turnaround (normally approximately 2 working days after final artwork confirmation). Courier transit and the delivery date are separate.

Urgent Services Fee — Sizes and Prices
Choose the smallest “Up to” printed-area option that covers your job. The service fee is calculated at AUD $25 per m² after rounding the actual printed area up to the next whole square metre. The product selector contains all 20 options.

Example: a single-sided 2.5m × 2.3m printed media wall skin covers 5.75m². Round up to 6m², making the proposed urgent surcharge $150, in addition to the normal product price.
Before checkout: confirm your urgent-production booking and fee with us. For multiple separate printed items, double-sided prints, non-rectangular work or areas above 20m², please request a confirmed fee rather than assuming a single face or combined area is sufficient. Prices are AUD; GST is handled according to checkout settings.
Calculate Your Urgent Printing Area
Printed area (m²) = width (m) × height (m). Round this result up to the next whole m², then multiply by $25. The surcharge applies to the relevant printed area, not the frame or stand dimensions.
If your printed area is 6.9m², select Up to 7m²; the urgent services fee is $175. For multiple items or printed faces, our team will confirm the correct total before you add the fee to your order.
Example for media walls: 3m × 2.3m = 6.9m² → Up to 7m² → $175 AUD for one confirmed printed face.
Which Products May Qualify?
Urgent production may be available for selected fabric media wall skins, media wall kitsets with printed fabric, trade show wall banners, fabric banners, replacement prints and custom printed tablecloths.
Eligibility depends on material, size, finishing requirements and production capacity. Gazebos are excluded: urgent production is not currently available for 3×3m or 3×6m custom gazebos. Other products may require a separate quote.

Priority Production Service
This surcharge covers an approved priority-production request for an eligible custom printed order.
It does not include the underlying product, artwork design, shipping upgrades or a guaranteed arrival date unless those details have been expressly confirmed.
How to Request Urgent Production
- Contact Media Wall Backdrop first. Email mediawallbackdrop@gmail.com with your product, measurements, quantity and deadline.
- Receive confirmation. We will confirm availability, an approximately 2-working-day priority production window after final artwork approval, and the applicable urgent service charge. Once we accept your urgent order, the agreed production window is guaranteed.
- Choose the confirmed area option. After approval, add the usual product to your cart and select the agreed Urgent Services Fee area variant as a separate item.
- Supply and approve artwork. Submit print-ready files, verify spelling and dimensions, and complete payment promptly. Production timing depends on the agreed starting requirements.
- Confirm delivery arrangements. Allow separately for courier transit or other agreed delivery arrangements; production turnaround and delivery time are not the same.
Please do not purchase the urgent fee without prior approval. We need to check capacity and agree on your deadline before the urgent service is added to your order.

How much does urgent printing cost?
For approved area-based jobs, the proposed urgent surcharge is $25 AUD per rounded-up whole square metre. It is added to the standard product price.
How do I select the right square-metre option?
Multiply the printed width by the printed height in metres, then round up to the next whole m². For example, 2.5m × 2.3m = 5.75m², so select Up to 6m² after your urgent request has been confirmed.
Does paying the fee guarantee urgent production?
Urgent production is not automatically available simply because the fee is purchased. Please contact us first so we can confirm capacity and accept your urgent-service order. Once we accept and confirm the urgent order, the agreed priority production timeframe is guaranteed. Standard custom-print production takes 4–5 working days after artwork confirmation; urgent production is approximately 2 working days after artwork confirmation for accepted urgent orders. Custom gazebos require 5–8 working days and are not eligible for urgent service.
Is express delivery included?
No. The urgent services fee relates to approved production priority. Shipping charges and courier transit times are separate unless expressly included in your confirmed arrangements.
Does the urgent fee replace the price of my product?
No. Purchase your selected media wall, fabric banner or other qualifying product at its normal price, then add the separately confirmed urgent services fee.
When does the urgent production timeframe begin?
Production starts once your final artwork has been confirmed and the urgent-service order has been accepted. The agreed urgent turnaround is approximately 2 working days from artwork confirmation and is guaranteed once we accept your urgent order. Standard custom-print production normally takes 4–5 working days from artwork confirmation. Delivery and courier transit time are additional. Custom gazebos take 5–8 working days, with no urgent service currently available.
Can I use one fee for several items or double-sided printing?
Contact us for the correct calculation. Multiple printed components or faces may require separate area charges and may affect urgent eligibility.
What if my job is larger than 20m²?
Email your requirements for a tailored urgent-production quote. The standard selector covers printed areas up to 20m².
How quickly can my order be printed with urgent service?
