Need a custom printed media wall or a replacement fabric skin for an upcoming exhibition, event or promotion? Our urgent media wall printing service offers an approximately 2-working-day production turnaround after final artwork approval for eligible complete media wall kits and replacement skins, once availability has been confirmed and your urgent order accepted.
This is a priority-production add-on for either Media Wall Backdrop Kits – Custom Printed Fabric or Media Wall Replacement Skins – Custom Printed Fabric. Choose and add your main product first, then add the matching urgent-service variant after approval. The urgent fee does not include a kit, replacement skin or hardware.

Step 1 – Choose Your Main Product First
This urgent service cannot be purchased on its own. First select the media wall product that you want printed. Both product pages offer the same four width choices and single-sided or double-sided printing.

Step 2 – Match Your Urgent Service Variant
Select the same size and printing option as your chosen Media Wall Backdrop Kits – Custom Printed Fabric or Media Wall Replacement Skins – Custom Printed Fabric. This is the additional urgent fee only, applicable to either main product at the listed size and print specification. Area is calculated from the fabric printing dimensions. Each printed face is rounded up to the next whole square metre, then charged at $25 per billable m².

All prices are in AUD and exclude GST; GST is added at checkout. These are urgent-service surcharges only, not the price of a media wall kit or replacement fabric skin.
How to Order – Main Product First

Choose size and single-sided/double-sided printing, then add the kit or skin to your cart first.
- Request urgent approval before checkout: Email mediawallbackdrop@gmail.com or contact us with your selected product, size, print sides, quantity, artwork readiness and deadline. Urgent capacity must be confirmed before acceptance.
- Add this urgent service second: Once we confirm urgent availability, select the same dimensions and printing option as your Media Wall Backdrop Kits – Custom Printed Fabric or Media Wall Replacement Skins – Custom Printed Fabric and add the matching urgent-fee variant to the cart. Complete checkout with both the main product and its urgent add-on.
- Approve your artwork: Supply final print-ready files. The agreed priority production period begins after final artwork confirmation and acceptance of the urgent order; courier delivery takes additional time.

- Urgent production is not automatically available and must be confirmed before an order is accepted.
- Once accepted, the agreed urgent production turnaround is guaranteed.
- Courier delivery time and any express freight charges are separate.
- One urgent-service variant applies to one media wall kit or one replacement skin. For multiple kits or skins, add the matching quantity of urgent services.
- For the 6m double-sided option (28m² billable area), please confirm production capacity and the quoted $700 fee before purchasing.

Which products can I order with this urgent service?
This add-on is for either Media Wall Backdrop Kits – Custom Printed Fabric (frame plus printed fabric) or Media Wall Replacement Skins – Custom Printed Fabric (printed fabric only, for a compatible existing frame). Choose and add one of those products first, then add the matching urgent service once availability is approved.
Does the urgent-service fee include the media wall kit or skin?
No. This covers priority production only. You must purchase a Media Wall Backdrop Kits – Custom Printed Fabric or Media Wall Replacement Skins – Custom Printed Fabric at its normal price in addition to the matching urgent-service fee.
When does the two-working-day production period start?
From final artwork approval and acceptance of your urgent production order, under the agreed schedule. Delivery transit is separate.
Does double-sided printing have a higher urgent fee?
Yes. Both fabric faces are included. For each face, the printed area is rounded up to a whole square metre and charged at $25 per m².
Is urgent production guaranteed?
Availability must be confirmed first. Once we have accepted and confirmed the urgent order, the agreed production turnaround is guaranteed; courier arrival dates are not included unless expressly agreed.
